I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events or during peak seasons. Typically, 4-6 weeks in advance is ideal to ensure availability and allow time for planning. However, always reach out and we would love to work with you.
What areas do you serve?
I’m based in Hinsdale and serve the surrounding areas. For events outside this area, please contact me to discuss travel options.
Do you offer themed décor packages?

How long do balloon decorations last?
All Balloons are Air-Filled. Indoors, balloon decorations can last several days to weeks, depending on the environment. Outdoor decorations are more susceptible to weather conditions and typically last for 1-2 days. Overall, balloons do not like sunny and hot conditions, so keep that in mind when planning your event.
Do you offer same-day balloon decoration services?
While I recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, I do offer same-day services for smaller projects when my schedule allows. Please contact me as soon as possible to check availability for same-day requests.

We can set up balloons at most indoor and outdoor locations. However, we may need to assess outdoor venues for weather concerns or installation challenges
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due before the event.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Orders are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel, the deposit can be transferred to a future event as long as it’s within one year of the original booking. Please notify us at least 7 days before the event to reschedule.
How long does it take to set up the balloons?
Setup time depends on the complexity of the design, but most installations take 1-2 hours. We’ll provide a more accurate estimate during the consultation.
Can I customize a package?
